2015 Lonestar Round Up Coverage Part 1: The Show

This past weekend was the Lonestar Round Up here in Austin, Texas. For the uninitiated, LSRU is one of the very best hot rod shows in the country, drawing in thousands of incredible custom cars and trucks. Add to that a colossal swap meet, minibike races, and live music, and you get an event unlike anything else. This year's turnout was outstanding, with an impressive variety of vehicles showing off a range of styles and some outstanding craftsmanship and creativity. I'll be breaking up my coverage into three parts. In this post I'll cover the cars in the show itself, Part 2 will be interesting cars from the surrounding parking lot, and Part 3 will feature photos from South Congress Avenue, which gets invaded by cars on Friday and Saturday evening.
